Rivo Alto Development, Limited Partnership is actively seeking to purchase existing credit tenant real estate. We will also consider purchasing assets that have short term lease expirations or tenant vacancies, where we can utilize our expertise and tenant contacts to enhance value.
In addition to the acquisition of existing credit tenant assets, we are currently looking to acquire real estate backed loans. Through our dedicated fund, Rivo Alto Real Estate Opportunity Fund, we seek to purchase loans both in the residential and commercial sectors. Please feel free to submit opportunities to us.

- Property Type(s): Single Tenant Credit or Multi-tenant shopping centers
- Credit: Investment or non-investment grade
- Purchase Price: $1 million - $20 million
- Location: Southeast U.S. (preference for Florida), New York and New Jersey with strong income demographics
- Cap Rates: 7.0% + with increases
- Lease Type: NN/NNN
- Lease Term: 3-20 year remaining
