The Principals of Rivo Alto Development and Rivo Alto Asset Management have been developing, acquiring and disposing of commercial credit real estate for over 35 years. We act as preferred developers for various leading national credit tenants. Over the past several years we have completed over 120 projects for our clients including projects for: Eckerd's, McDonalds, Mobil Oil, Boston Market, Walgreen's, Wendy's, Publix Supermarkets, Pep Boys and AutoZone. We primarily focus on the Florida and New Jersey real estate markets, but have partnered on projects throughout the United States.
Rivo Alto Development, L.P. (the "Partnership") is a private limited partnership that was established to manage our Principals' large base of committed capital which is directly earmarked for credit tenant real estate development and acquisition. The Partnership presently holds various interests in credit leased real estate. Please click on our Properties section for a list of available Partnership assets.

Rivo Alto Asset Management ("RAAM") is the operating entity which actively seeks to develop, acquire, manage and dispose of credit leased real estate on behalf of the Partnership and select 1031 exchange clients. In addition to managing the day to day operations of the Partnership, RAAM is active in the 1031 exchange marketplace. The Principals of Rivo Alto Asset Management offer third party services to a select group of sophisticated 1031 exchange participants who require a more in-depth analysis of prospective properties involved in an exchange.
