Distressed Assets

During the last major real estate downturn created by the “Savings and Loan Crisis”, our principals acted as receivers and trustees for various governmental agencies including: the RTC, the FISLIC, and FADA. We have direct experience in purchasing, managing, and the disposition of distressed real estate assets. Our principals have served as directors of banking institutions, as well as, directors and officers of publicly listed companies. Finally, our principals have acted as experts and disposition consultants on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy court.

In 2008-2009, we have been awarded several receiverships and are working closely with local and regional banking institutions to work out their problem loans.
